What I Offer

  • Blending weightlifting exercises with stimulating and gut-busting cardio. My Strength & Conditioning sessions are great on their own or as a supplement for sports training like Rugby, Jiu Jitsu or even Triathlon

  • Improving flexibility and mobility in our joints is essential for injury prevention. Using a combination of static and dynamic stretching, alongside plyometric exercises, I aim to enhance your resilience in various sports activities.

  • Whether one-to-one or with a friend, circuits are a fun and interactive way to stay active and build a cardio base.
